Our mandate and remuneration agreement only regulates the general conditions of the cooperation. Each mandate is free and can also be terminated by you at any time without justification. 
Basically by time spent and in the area of tax or payroll accounting also with lump sums. In consulting, billing according to time spent is always in the interests of both sides in the case of a longer cooperation. If the economic value is low, we invest time only in consultation or in the case of overriding interests. If the economic value is very high, our recommendations and measures are not "fee-driven".
